Delivery Information

At Luma Garden, we take great care to ensure every plant arrives healthy, fresh, and ready for its new home.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected areas in:

  • Johannesburg

  • Pretoria

  • Rustenburg

  • Mafikeng

Delivery Schedule

Our deliveries operate on the following schedule:

Johannesburg
Tuesday & Thursday

Pretoria
Wednesday

Rustenburg & Mafikeng
Friday

Orders are grouped according to the next available delivery route.


Processing Times

All orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.

Please allow 1–4 business days for order processing and scheduling before delivery.

During busy periods, promotions, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Delivery Timeframe

We aim to deliver all orders within 1–5 business days from the date your order is confirmed.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Delivery route availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Supplier availability


Order Tracking

Once your order has been scheduled, you may receive delivery updates via email, phone, or WhatsApp where available.

If you require an update on your order, please contact our support team.


Plant Deliveries

Plants are living products and may vary slightly in size, colour, shape, and fullness from product photographs.

Our team carefully selects healthy, quality plants for every order.

Minor cosmetic differences are natural and do not affect plant health.


Delivery Requirements

To ensure a successful delivery:

  • Please provide accurate contact details.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order.

  • Provide clear delivery instructions if required.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or no one being available, additional delivery charges may apply.


Damaged Orders

We take every precaution to package plants securely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The plant

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will review the issue and assist accordingly.


Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather

  • Road conditions

  • Supplier delays

  • Public holidays
