At LumaGarden, we aim to deliver all orders within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Schedule

We currently deliver to the following areas on designated days:

• Tuesday – Johannesburg

• Wednesday – Pretoria

• Thursday – Johannesburg

• Friday – Mafikeng & Rustenburg

Orders are scheduled for the next available delivery day in your area. Depending on when an order is placed, delivery may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been scheduled for delivery.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. LumaGarden is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.

If no one is available to receive the order, our team may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
