Yes. Every plant is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it arrives healthy, vibrant, and ready to thrive in its new environment.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the plant and packaging. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How do I care for my new plant?

Each plant has different care requirements. We recommend reviewing our Plant Care Guides for watering, lighting, and maintenance information.

Are your plants suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. Many of our plants are selected specifically for easy care and are perfect for first-time plant owners.

Do you sell pet-friendly plants?

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to make changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
